- The following appeared on 9 November 1905 in The Buffalo Express: The marriage of Miss Ethel Sniggs, daughter of Robert F. Sniggs of Cleveland avenue, to Harwood Graves, was solemnized at 8:30 o'clock last evening at the home of the bride, the Reverend O/ P. Gifford of Delaware Avenue Baptist Church officiating. The house was attractivelydecorated in green and white, large clusters of shaggy chrysanthemums being effectively used. The bridegroom's best man was Worthington Graves and the ribbon bearers were Clark Sniggs and Frank Sommerville. Miss Georgia Sniggs, sister of the bride, acted as maid of honor and little Miss Virginia Warren, niece of the bride, was the flower girl. The bridal gown. . . . Supper was served later from a buffet table decked in green and white. The bridal table, with covers for fourteen, was centered with white chrysanthemums. After January 1st, Mr. and Mrs. Graves will be at home at No. 184 Cleveland avenue. The out-of-town guests were Miss Condon of San Francisco, Mr. and Mrs. Fox and Miss Fox of Pittsburg, Mr. and Mrs. Bond of Toronto and Mr. Leavette of Oklahoma.
