- SPECULATION: The Fay family connections, based on the presence of John Fay in the Lepine household in 1870, requires further research, since there is an Ann Fay (age 41) with children Mary A. (20) and John (13) living in Lima, Livingston County, New York, in 1870. If the Fay connection is correct, then it is possible that Anna/Annabelle's parents were Banny and Ann Calligan/Cologon, family found in Livingston County, New York, in 1850 (Livingston) and 1860 in the same dwelling in Lima as Ann and her children.
