Erickson, 70, of 124 Washington street, died Saturday night in Norwalk hospital where he had been admitted earlier in the day. /P/ Services will take place Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Collins Funeral home, 92 East Wall street, with the Rev. Donald W. Emig, pastor of the United Church of Rowayton, officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove cemetery, Darien. /P/ Mr. Erickson, a native of Danbury, lived in Norwalk 30 years. He was employed at one time as an electrician in the Empress Theater, Danbury, and was the first chef to serve in the Westport State police barracks. During World War I he served in the Navy and with the Seabees during World War II. /P/ Survivors are his wife Catharine Dexhimer Erickson, three sons, Earl, Donald and Kenneth Erickson, a daughter, Mrs. Robert Young, all of Norwalk; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
