Mrs. Dexheimer's death Saturday morning was a shock to friends and neighbors, as she had been ill only five days. /P/ Mrs. Nelda Pingel Dexheimer was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Pingel. She was born in the town of Rhine on June 3, 1896, and she grew to young womanhood there. On August 14, 1918, she was married to Ernst Dexheimer, a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Dexheimer of Sheboygan. The went to live on the Pingel farm, where she died. She was an ambitious and devoted wife and mother, loved and respected by those who knew her. /P/ Mrs. Dexheimer is survived by her grief-stricken husband, two children, Henry, 5, and Marcella, 3, her parents, two sisters, Mrs. Peter Nauth and Miss Meta Pingel, and a brother, Phillip. /P/ Mr. Dexheimer, husband of the deceased, is a member of the Kiel post of the American Legion, which furnished the pallbearers. Interment was made in the Rockville cemetery. Arvin Dexheimer of Detroit, Mich., attended the funeral.
