  • The following appeared on 12 April 1943 in The Binghamton Press: Shirley Ann Hutchins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Hutchins of 1244 Vestal Avenue, died suddenly Saturday in the Binghamton City Hospital. Besides her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Ronald Hutchins and Robert Hutchins of this city; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Carey of Bradford, Pa; a grandfather, Samuel E. Parsons of this city and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Caroline Becker of Endicott. The body was removed to the Ackley Funeral Home, 1205 Vestal Avenue, where the funeral will be held at 2 p. m. Tuesday. The Rev. L. Densmore Jacobs will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
