Meeting called to order by Mayor Hancock at 8:00 o'clock p. m. . . . The Chief Engineer reported that Firemen John Ott and William Murtha will have served one year in the Department before the 1st day of December next. . . .

Meeting called to order by President Allen at 7:53 o'clock P. M. . . . To the Common Council. Gentlemen-- I herewith submit with my approval pay roll for first half of March, 1906, showing names of persons employed by the City in the Police and Fire Departments and the Engineers in the Water Works Department at the compensation herein stated. As all of such officials have been employed in a lawful manner, I recommend that warrants be drawn in their favor from the proper funds, payable March 15, 1906. . . . Fire Fund . . .
