That the names, ages and residence of the heirs at law of the deceased as far is known to your petitioner are as follows: Anna M. Young, Widow, Tipton, Oklahoma, Lovena Young, Daughter, age Seven, Tipton, Oklahoma, Samuel Eugene Young, Son age Six, Tipton, Oklahoma, Clarence Young, Son age Eighteen, Ashton, S. D. . . ."
