That said deceased at the time of his death was a resident of Tillman County, State of Oklahoma, that said deceased left estate, real and personal in said Cotton and Tillman Counties, and the value and character of said property so far as known to your petitioner are as follows, to-wit: Fourteen (14) head of Horses and Mules of the probable value of $700.00, Cash in Bank $561.00, Oil Stock $500,00, Stock in Devol Bridge Company $1,000.00, Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Forty-seven (47) in the Town of Devol, Oklahoma, Value $2,500.00. . . . That the names, ages and residence of the heirs at law of the deceased as far is known to your petitioner are as follows: Anna M.
