  • He married Vera Elizabeth Kitchen, daughter of John Wellington Kitchen and Elizabeth Hazlett.
  • Heston Tyler Bartoo died on 2 August 1991 at age 88 in Spokane, Washington.

         He had been a foreman in the mechanics division of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, for which he worked during his entire career. [:CR;]      Bartoo was born in Eden and lived in Buffalo for much of his life. He moved to Spokane in 1985.
         He was a former member of Lancaster Country Club.
         Surviving are two sons, Henry "Duke" Bartoo of Spokane and Herbert D. Fitzpatrick of Niagara Falls; a daughter, Judy Dixon of Niagara Falls, and two stepsons, Bill Fitzpatrick of Lewiston and Craig Reid.
