- Heston Tyler Bartoo was born on 1 April 1903 in Eden, Erie County, New York.
- The following appeared on 3 July 1943 in the Buffalo Courier-Express: Four divorces and three annulments were granted yesterday in supreme court by Referee Thomas H. Noonan. [:CR;] Divorces were obtained by Heston Bartoo of 301 Wabash Avenue, Kenmore, from Florence Bartoo, wed in 1920. . .
- He married Vera Elizabeth Kitchen, daughter of John Wellington Kitchen and Elizabeth Hazlett.
- Heston Tyler Bartoo died on 2 August 1991 at age 88 in Spokane, Washington.
- The following appeared on 6 August 1991 in The Buffalo News: A memorial service for Heston T. Bartoo, 88, a retired NFTA foreman, will be held Wednesday in Spokane, Wash. [:CR;] Bartoo died Friday (Aug. 2, 1991) in Spokane after a brief illness.
He had been a foreman in the mechanics division of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, for which he worked during his entire career. [:CR;] Bartoo was born in Eden and lived in Buffalo for much of his life. He moved to Spokane in 1985.
He was a former member of Lancaster Country Club.
Surviving are two sons, Henry "Duke" Bartoo of Spokane and Herbert D. Fitzpatrick of Niagara Falls; a daughter, Judy Dixon of Niagara Falls, and two stepsons, Bill Fitzpatrick of Lewiston and Craig Reid.
