  • The following appeared on 21 August 1958 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: (Lockport) A lifelong resident of the Town of Lockport, Miss Florence M. Wilson, 73, of Leete Rd., died Wednesday (Aug. 20, 1958) at her home.
         Born April 17, 1885, in the Town of Lockport, Miss Wilson was the daughter of the late Edward and Harriet Leete Wilson. Miss Wilson was a graduate of Lockport High School and a member of the Baptist Church.
         Survivors include two nephews, James Edward Vining and Hugh Francis Vining, both of Lockport.
         Services will be held at her home at 2 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
  • The following appeared on 20 September 1958 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: (Lockport) The wills of four area persons have been filed here after probate by County Judge and Surrogate Krank J. Kronenberg. According to papers, all left nominal estates of $1,000.

         Florence M. Wilson, Town of Lockport, left her estate to two nephews. She died Aug. 20, 1958, leaving a will of April 23, 1953. James Vining was listed executor to share equally with another nephew, Hugh Francis Vining, both Town of Lockport.
