       Mr. Woodruff had been employed for 20 years by the Harrison Radiator division of General Motors. He was a former Republican committeeman, a former police board member and a former volunteer fireman.
       Survivors include his wife Elizabeth, and four daughters, Mrs. Henry Sippel, Mrs. Howard Bull, Mrs. Francis C. Ennis and Mrs. William Taylor, all of Lockport.
