- Ralph C. Radebaugh was born on 18 December 1887 in Milton Center, Wood County, Ohio.
- Ralph C. Radebaugh registered for the draft on 5 June 1917 in Lucas County, Ohio, while single and living at 3115 Cottage Avenue in Toledo, employed there as a driver by Ohio Dairy Company.
- He married Irene M. Hoffman, daughter of Philip G. Hoffman and Rosa Buerkle, on 4 June 1921 in Toledo, Lucas County, New York, by license issued on the 2nd, with Rev. Albert Morris officiating.
- The following appeared on 19 June 1921 in The Sandusky Register: Mr. and Mrs. Phil Hoffman of Toledo announce the marriage of their daughter, Irene M. Hoffman to Ralph C. Radebaugh. The ceremony was performed Saturday, June 4. The bride is a cousin of Mrs. Sidney Mitchell and has visited here a number of times. After July 4 the young couple will be at home to their friends at 3119 Cottage ave., Toledo, O.

- The following appeared on 3 April 1944 in The Republican-Courier: Mrs. Effie Radebaugh Henning, 81, died at the home of her son, Ralph Radebaugh, in Toledo at 6 o'clock Sunday morning.
She was born in Fairfield county, the daughter of Irvin and Isabel Cloud Clark, but lived several years in Eagle township before moving to Toledo 35 years ago.
She was married to George Radebaugh who died in 1893 and later married Joseph Henning. Six children were born, five sons, Roy, Ralph, Homer and Earl Radebaugh of Toledo and Archie Henning, overseas, and one daughter, Mrs. Fern Gundy, of Toledo.
Two brothers, Rev. Charles Clark of Vanlue and Earl Clark, a professor in the university at Austin, Texas, and a half brother, Earl Clark, 211 Garfield avenue, also survive. Mrs. Henning has many relatives in Findlay and Hancock county. She was an active church worker.
Funeral services will be held from the Birkenkamp funeral home, Monroe street, Toledo, at 1 p. m. (Findlay time) Tuesday afternoon. - Ralph C. Radebaugh died on 2 June 1973 at age 85 in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, at 4245 Burnham Avenue at his residence.
- Irene M. Hoffman became a widow at his death.
- The following appeared on 4 June 1973 in The Republican-Courier: (Toledo) Services for Ralph Radebaugh, 81, 4245 Burnham Ave., Toledo, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Boyer Funeral Home, Toledo.
Mr. Radebaugh died Saturday evening in his home.
