- The following appeared on 17 February 1987 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: An electronics specialist at Bell Aerospace Textron in Wheatfield, Raymond E. Ingraham, 58, of 19th Street, died in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center Sunday (Feb. 15, 1987). A native of Niagara Falls, Ingraham worked at Bell for 35 years and served with the U.S. Army Air Force in Japan during World War II as a radio operator. He was a sergeant. Ingraham was a member of John J. Welch Post 381 American Legion, the Niagara Falls Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 88, and a former member of the Cataract Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. Surviving are his wife, Jean (Kruger) Ingraham; a daughter, Mrs. Laura Dufresne of St Petersburg, Fla; a son, Glenn Ingraham of Alexandria Bay, N.Y; stepsons, John and Steven Maluchnik of Niagara Falls and Alan and Glenn Maluchnik of Emporium, Pa; stepdaughters Patricia Whittle and Gloria Maluchnik of Niagara Falls; and two grandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 pm today and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Otto Redanz Funeral Home, Michigan Avenue and 10th Street, where members of the John J. Welch Post 381 American Legion will hold a service at 7:30 pm Wednesday. A service will be held at 11 am Thursday at the funeral home and 11:30 am at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
