Mr. Reinwald has been a successful, industrious farmer, assisting neighbor, and a kind, affectionate husband, Besides a wife, and foster son he is survived by a sister and four brothers.

- The following appeared on 21 April 1951 in the Buffalo Courier-Express: A 94-year-old resident of the Lutheran Church Home for the Aged, 217 East Delavan Ave., for the last 23 years, was found dead shortly after 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, a few minutes after she jumped from a second-story window of her room to the ground below.
Medical Examiner Natale Mancuso, who issued a certificate of suicide, said nurses at the institution found the window open and saw the victim lying on the ground below. She was dead when they reached her. Police said the woman apparently was depsondent because of the loss of her sight about three years ago.
Police identified the victim as Mrs. Mary Reinwald. Officials at the institution said she was from Niagara Falls and had no living relatives.
