Friends may call at Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., where services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Richard Allen Boddy will officiate. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Chapin was a member of Gratwick Hose Company, the Fireman's Benevolent Association and Sylvania Management Club.
