  • The following appeared on 12 June 1847 in the Tri-Weekly Flag & Advertiser: State of Ala., Montgomery Co. Special Orphans' Court, 21st May, 1847.
         This day came Reuben Anderson, Guardian of Joseph and Singleton Williams, minors, and presented his account and vouchers for his annual settlement, of said estate, which were ordered to be filed--
         And ordered, that publication be made in the Flag & Advertiser for three consecutive weeks, notifying all persons interested to be and appear at an Orphans Court to be held at the Court-room thereof on the 1st Monday of July next, to shew cause why the said account shall not be allowed and ordered of record.
