Robert Brigham Bowles Jr. will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael and all Angels Episcopal Church, 8011 Douglas Ave., in Dallas. Father Bowles, 70, died at his home on tuesday after a five-year battle with cancer. He was the youth director at the Church of the Incarnation on McKinney Avenue in Dallas from 1965 to 1975 and created the program Ole, which was designed to enlist the parish yout to minister to less fortunate inner city children in the area. . . . son Brigham Bowles . . . daughter Kelsey Skiba. . . Father Bowles graduated from Virginia theological Seminary in 1965. Prior to deciding to become a priest, he attended Yale Law School and practiced law for seven years. . . . Father Bowles retired from full-time ministry in 1995 but continued part time at Dallas parishes. . . .
