         A memorial service, at a time to be announced by Hummer-White Mortuary, which is in charge of arrangements, will follow cremation. There will be no visitation.
         Mr. Keithley was born May 27, 1887, in New York City, to Herbert R. Keithley and Hattie Tinker Keithley. A retired machinist, Mr. Keithley was married in 1895 [sic] in Connecticut to Hilda Gielow, who survives.
         Also surviving are two sons, Wayne Keithley and Herbert R. Keithley, both of Sacramento, Calif; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
         Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.
         Mr. Keithley was a Navy veteran of World War I.
