The following resolution was adopted: Be it resolved, by the Populists of the First Congressional district, in convention assembled, That it is the sense of the Populists of this district that all the Populists in the district are unalterably opposed to fusion with any other party, and hereby declare in favor of a straight Populist ticket in the State and nation.
