- The following appeared on 22 August 1902 in The Montgomery Advertiser: Mrs. Charles Edward McCord and little daughter Kathleen of Albany, Ga., who have been visiting Mrs. Robert Brown for a few days, left this morning for Fayetteville, Ala., to spend the rest of the summer with her mother, Mrs. John Dixon.
