- Leonard Burroughs (age 13) is enumerated with his father and step-siblings in 1880 in Stephenville, Erath County. And apparently he is enumerated as Leonard Burroughs (age 4) in 1870 in Polk County with Leonora Burroughs (25) and Catherine (8) and Joana (6), while his father is enumerated in Erath County with his new wife. It appears that in 1870 Dillard's brother Thomas Jefferson Burroughs' widow Lenora Womack was caring for their daughters Catherina and Joana and also her husband's nephew Leonard.
