Harriet Haviland
- Harriet Haviland was born.
- The following appeared on 15 September 1891 in the Elmira Daily Gazette & Free Press: Addison T. Haviland died at his residence, 116 Caldwell avenue, shortly before 6 o'clock last evening, aged sixty-two years. Mr. Haviland was one of Elmira's best known and most respected citizens. He had been a sufferer from paralysis for years and about seven weeks previous to his death fell and broke a leg. The deceased leaves a wife and three children to mourn his loss, Mrs. Asa La France, Miss Hattie Haviland and John Haviland.
