- She officially witnessed the death of Tollie Roy Lewis on 27 May 1967 at Eldredge Hospital in Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, Texas.
- Ella (?) became a widow at the 27 May 1967 death of her husband Tollie Roy Lewis.
- Ella (?) died on 5 November 1980 at age 85.
- She was interred at Bedias Baptist Cemetery, Bedias, Grimes County, Texas.
