         A native and lifetime resident of Fort Worth, John Benjamin Bullard was born Feb. 11, 1914, the son of Charles Nathaniel and Rachel Green Bullard. J.B. was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Lillie Mae Valentine Bullard, in 2001.
         Survivors: Daughter, Pat Bullard Collins and her husband, Bob; son, Tom Bullard and his wife, Valerie; grandchildren, Robert, Amy and Keith Collins, and Brandon and Adam Bullard; and great-grandchildren, John Collins and Koty Harris.
  • According to Charles Bullard's death certificate, his mother's name was Copeland, but it is recorded as Bennett on the death certificate of son Ambrose.
