Blasingame G. Hagerty

- Blasingame G. Hagerty was born circa 1844 in Alabama.
- He served as a private in Company I, 3rd Alabama Infantry Regiment, CSA, enlisted 27 April 1862 at Wetumpka. He was captured at Spottsylvania Courthouse 8 May 1864, was held a prisoner of war at Point Lookout, Maryland, and transferred to Elmira, New York, on 8 August. He was released 19 June 1865 on which day he signed the oath of allegiance at Elmira.
