- Morris and Margaret (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1880 in Montgomery County, Texas. Other members of the household included Eddie Jackson, Virginia, Roxanna Jackson, Lina Jackson, Morris Jackson, Gilbert Jackson, Zinnia Jackson, Mary, Martha Baltrip, Johnie Baltrip and Jane. The parents of nephew Johnnie Baltrip are as yet unknown. It is an educated guess that Martha is Jane's daughter born in in 1870.
- Margaret (?) appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1900 in Corsicana, Navarro County, Texas, at 820 North 4th Street. Other members of the household included Eddie Jackson, Nancy Jackson and Dennis Jackson. Also in the household is grandson Charley Gambles (age 12). Apparently daughter Eddie was enumerated as Pollie in 1880.

- Eddie Jackson died on 4 September 1919 in Corsicana, Navarro County, Texas, . Her death was officially witnessed by Morris Jackson.
- Her husband Samuel Powell became a widower at her death.
- She was interred at Woodland Memorial Park, Corsicana, Navarro County, Texas.
