  • The following appeared on 2 October 1902 in The Lockport Journal: The wedding of F. Allen Retallack of Niagara Falls, and Miss Frances Dayo took place Wednesday, Oct. 1, at the home of the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Sague in Sanborn. The Rev. W. F. Faber officiated. The bride was gowned in brown broadcloth with a hat to match and carried bride roses. Miss Grace Oliver acted as bridesmaid, Philip Oliver as best man and little Orilia Partrick as ring bearer. About 25 immediate relatives were present.
         Mr. and Mrs. Retallack left on the four o'clock train for Cleveland. After Nov. 1 they will be home at Niagara Falls. There were present from Lockport: Mrs. Charles Murphy, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Baker, Mr. and Mrs. Edson Partrick and daughter Orilia, while Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Oliver, Philip Oliver, the Misses Grace and Hattie Oliver, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Oliver, and Mrs. Charles Retallack, were present from Niagara Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. William Christian, Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. William Christian, Jr., from Buffalo.
  • The following appeared on 16 July 1907 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: Mrs. Charles Retallack and Mrs. Christian of Buffalo and Mrs. Minnie Murphy of Lockport have returned to their homes after having been the guets of Mrs. L. R. Oliver of Niagara street for several days.

  • The following appeared on 16 November 1928 in The Niagara Falls Gazette: Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon for Mrs. Anna L. Retallack, 81 years old, lifelong Niagara County resident, who died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. F. Baker, 429 E. Sixth street. Services at her daughter's home at 1 o'clock were conducted by the Rev. R. B. Day. The Rev. O. F. Albord officiated at services at 2:30 o'clock at the First Universalist church, Lockport, of which Mr. Retallack was a devout member. Burial was in Cold Springs cemetery, Lockport.
