She graduated from Cornell University. /P/ Mrs. Williams was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church. She also was a member of the Buffalo Cornell Club. /P/ She moved to Englewood, Fla., in 1985 and recently moved to Southern Pines, N.C. /P/ Surviving are a son, Robert O. Safford of Phoenixville, Pa; a daughter, Judith M. Liveris of Southern Pines; a sister, Gertrude Reimann of Grand Island; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. /P/ Services will be scheduled in Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard, Valley Forge, Pa.
