- Peter Sautter and Elizabeth Bohnert appeared in the US federal census of 1 June 1900 in Morris Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, living next to Elizabeth's brother Frank Bohnert.. Other members of the household included Rosena R. Sautter, Katherine B. Saulter, Frank Julius Sautter, Myra M. Sautter and Wilhelmina Philappina Sautter.
- She married Ray Parkes circa 1912.
- The following appeared on 27 August 1912 in The Binghamton Press: Miss Rosena R. Sautter and Ray Parkes, both of Endicott were united in marriage at the Baptist parsonage Monday afternoon, Aug. 26, by Rev. W. L. Bates. The ring ceremony was used. Mr. and Mrs. Parkes will visit Sidney, Walton and Rock Rift, and on their return they will reside in Endicott.
- The following appeared on 18 January 1926 in The Binghamton Press: Peter J. Sauter, aged 78 years, died Sunday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Katherine B. Green, 26 McKinley avenue. The survivors are six daughters, Mrs. Green, Mrs. Austin Teed, Mrs. Miles C. Root, Mrs. Stewart Loree [sic], Mrs. Robert Morris and Mrs. Ray Parkes, all of Endicott; and two sons, John Sautter of Elmira and Frank J. Sautter of Endicott. A prayer service will be held at the Green home tonight, 7 o'clock. Burial will be at Oregon Hill, Lycoming county, Pa.
