         She was a native of Wichita Falls, Tex., and moved to the Washington area in 1941, settling in Arlington.
         She attended George Washington University.
         Mrs. Lightsey was a member of Resurrection Evangelical Lutheran Church in Arlington and Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Alexandria.
         Survivors include her husband of 66 years, William Marion Lightsey of Arlington; three daughters, Marie Wilson of Westbrook, Conn., Eleanor Okey of Hilton Head Island, S.C., and Louise Marshall of McLean; a brother; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

    Fairfax, S.C., died Sunday, March 24, in Arlington, Va., after an extended illness. Born June 27, 1914, in Corsicana, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Herold
    J. Wieler and Ruby D. Houston Weiler. She was an elementary school secretary and was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, William Marion Lightsey of the home; three daughters, Etta Marie Wilson of Westbrook, Conn., Eleanor Weiler Lightsey-O'Key of Hilton Head Island, S.C., and Frances Louise Marshall of McLean, Va; one brother, Herold J. Weiler of Asheboro, N.C; five grandchildren, Mark William Wilson, Cynthia Marie Marshall, Emily Ann Marshall, Christopher Brian Haulsee, William Scott Haulsee, and Russell Theodore Wilson, Jr., who died prior to his grandmother.
         Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 30, at 10 a.m., at the Fairfax Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northern Virginia, 4715 N. 15th St., Arlington, Va. 22205.
