         According to the terms of the will, the estate, consisting of $10,000 and upwards personal property, will be divided equally among the sons and daughters and one grandson of Mrs. Mayle. These are, besides the executors, Elizabeth M. Hall, E. H. Mayle, Edith Kaiser, of this city; George W. Mayle, Los Angeles, California; Matilda E. Leonhardt, North Tonawanda; Francis C. Mayle, Newark, N. J., and George W. Homer, San Antonio, Texas, the grandson. A codicil to the will bequeaths the household furniture of the decedent to Grace Mayle and gives her the use of the family home until sold by the executors.

He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis F. Mayle, who were prominent in business affairs here in early days of the city's history.
         Mr. Mayle is survived by his wife and three children in Los Angeles; three brothers, Edward and Albert Mayle, of this city, and Francis Mayle, of Newark, N. J., and three sisters, Mrs. Matilda Leonhardt and Mrs. Edith Kaiser, of this city, and Miss Grace Mayle, of Newark.
