- The following appeared on 5 December 1922 in the Buffalo Courier: Fred [sic] Reid, carpenter, fifty-four years old, who lived at No. 14 Lamont street, was killed yesterday afternoon when he fell from the third floor of a house huder construction at No. 220 Lisbon street. He was found in the basement by fellow workmen. He died of a fractured skull.
