- The following appeared on 15 August 1912 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: The funeral of Mrs. William Nolan will be held from the family home, No. 654 Tenth street, at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon and from the Zion Lutheran church, of which she was a member, a half hour later. The services at the home and at the church will be conducted by the Rev. Herman Brezing, pastor. The interment will be made in the family lot in Oakwood cemetery.
