He served as a pilot in the RCAF during WWII in Britain and India. Retired from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources after 31 years as a Professional Forester. Funeral service at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Sons Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2005. Visitation prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Salvation Army, Hamilton, or to Planned Parenthood Foundation, Ottawa.
