King, a lifelong Riverside resident who worked in her family's coal and ice, moving and petroleum businesses. Burial was in White Chapel Memorial Park, Amherst. Mrs. King, 89, died Sunday (Sept. 20, 1992) in Kenmore Mercy Hospital, Town of Tonawanda. The former Edna Devine had worked with her husband, the late Francis W. King, in their businesses for more than 50 years. The businesses now are run by their grandson, William F. Anderson Sr. Mrs. King was active in various community organizations, including the George Washington Fishing and Camping Club and the Lions Club of Riverside. She is survived by two daughters, Betty Plazio and Margaret Anderson; a sister, Ruth Clancy; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
